Terms and Conditions:
- The Grove Design Hotel is a 4 star design hotel located in the “New Tiflis” region, Tbilisi, Georgia.
- It is based and operated according to laws in Georgia.
- As a hotel, Grove Design offers guests accommodation, breakfast, transfer, laundry and other services, each of which one has its own charge and the guest understands that he/she has to pay for the service provided accordingly.
- Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 PM; Check-out time is 12:00 PM;
- Please be informed, that smoking is only allowed on the balcony or on the terrace.
- Penalty for smoking inside the room or anywhere inside the building o the hotel is 500 GEL.
- Wearing a face mask is mandatory. Penalty for not wearing it, or not wearing it correctly is 300 GEL.
- Please, be informed that in case of you losing room key, you will be charged for 10 GEL per key.
- The hotel guest is obliged to take care of the hotel property. In case the guest damages or loses the hotel inventory, or causes other material damage to it, the hotel is entitled to fine the guest. The amount of the fine is determined by the hotel management, independently of the guest. Compensation will be made on the basis of a mutually signed act.
- The hotel is not responsible for cash and valuables left in the guest rooms. Safe deposit boxes are available for free in every guest room.
- The hotel shall not be liable for the guests’ items, the guest shall take care of and pay attention to its own items.
- Since our TV`s have smart option, please be careful not to leave your passwords saved and log-out from your profiles upon check-out.
- For the purpose of guest’s legitimate interest, for service activities and to fulfill the obligations,the guests grants the hotel the right to designate(collect, store, enter, and etc)the guest’s Personal Data- Name, Surname, ID document number,ID number,Birth date,address (legal, factual), e-mail, telephone number, work place, position, bank account number, and any other category of personal data – which the guest provide to the hotel by phone, by e-mail or any other form or otherwise known by the hotel. In order to improve the service , the guest allows the hotel to process personal data for marketing purposes, which means hotels offerings about different product (s)/ services.
- According to the working specifics of the hotel, in order to protect the guest’s security and property, the hotel is conducting the video record on its territory, by signing this document, the guest agrees to make video record by the hotel, guest is informed about the video record and about its rights.
- For the purpose of the Guest’s legitimate interest, for service activities and to fulfill the obligations, the Guest grants to Hotel the right to designate (collect, store, enterr and etc) the Guest’s Personal Data – Name, Surname, ID document number, ID number, Birth Date, address (legal, factual), e-mail address, telephone number, work place, position, bank account number, and any other category of personal data – which the Guest provided to Hotel by any form.
- In order to improve the service, the Guest allows Hotel to process personal data for marketing purposes, which means the Companies offerings about different product (s)/services.
- According to the working specifics of Hotel, in order to protect the Guest’s security and property, Hotel is conducting the video record on its territory, by signing this agreement, the Guest agrees to make video record by Hotel, Guest is informed about the video record and about its rights.
- The parties are obliged to take sufficient reasonable measures to protect confidential information, to ensure its protection, in addition, the party is obliged to take measures to protect the received confidential information, which excludes access to confidential information to third parties without the consent of the parties.
- When making the reservation, the guest has to provide the hotel with credit card details. After providing the details, amount of the service fee will be deducted from the credit card of the guest, which is sent to the hotel to approve the purchase or decline the request.
- If the purchase is not approved by the hotel, reservation can not be considered as made.
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day prior to arrival.
- The guest will be charged with the full cost of the service purchased in case if the cancellation will be done within 1 day prior to arrival or/and in case of no-show.
